Engine Formulation 236, 473 ml
  • Suitable for all Gas, Diesel, and Petrol engines

  • Electrostically adheres to metals because of Bi-Tron's positively charged molecules attraction to the negatively charged metal of the bearings, pistons, piston rings valves etc (in the case of copper and related metals with copper in which have an inherent positive charge, ordinary engine oil with its negative charge will electrostatically adhere to them, so they will still be protected.).
  • Stays on metal parts when oil pressure is lost, such as if coolant or engine oil is lost

    Bi Tron therefore cannot interfere with the oil manufacturers additive suite, in fact when administered correctly no bi-tron to speak of will be present in the motor oil flowing through the engine.
    Its metal treatment purpose means that while initially it is administered into the crankcase and added to the motor oil, it then is absorbed back out into the metal structure of the engine.
    This then explains why for example in a bus 4 litres of motor oil needed to be drained to allow the initial 4 litre treatment of Bi-tron (big motor).
    The initial treatment of Bi-tron then brought the oil level back up to full on the dipstick.
    However after the absorption of Bi-tron into the engine 4 litres of motor oil was needed to bring the oil level back up to full on the dipstick.


    How to Use Bi-Tron Engine Formulation:
    An initial dose of 10% is added to your (typically 473 ml) Engine Crankcase BEFORE changing the oil 1000 to 1500 kms later.
    Even if you have just renewed the Engine Oil and Filters, it is imperative that after adding the first 10% Bi-Tron Engine Formulation and 1000 to 1500 kms, all the engine oil is changed, together with a new oil filter. The Carbon build up from before Bi-Tron Engine formulation was used would now be dislodged and can thicken the old engine oil. After the above mentioned oil and filter change, now give the 5% dose of Bi-Tron Engine formulation (typically 236 ml) to the crankcase.

    A maintenance dose of 5% Bi-Tron Engine formulation added to the engine crankcase is necessary every 16,000 kms (10,000 miles), which does not of necessity coincide with oil changes. That is Ok, try to think of Bi-Tron Engine formulation as acting independently of the ordinary engine oil; the Bi-Tron Engine formulation coats the metal parts of the engine and does not drain out with oil changes. DO NOT USE BI-TRON ENGINE FORMULATION for 100% of engine oil.
    It is designed to penetrate the molecular structure of your engines metal parts with some to spare for the surface and a relatively small amount is left in the engine oil. Engine oils have additives in them whereas Bi-Tron Engine formulation does not. Bi-Tron Engine formulation IS therefore NOT designed to replace all the engine oil.
    When a particular part of the engine experiences friction and as a consequence a heat build up, the resulting excitation of the metal's molecular structure that heat induces also achieves a relatively stronger negative electrical charge in the metal. This is the key to understanding how Bi-Tron works because Bi-Tron has a POSITIVE electrical static charge. As opposite charges attract, so then Bi-Tron is attracted to the heated metal, heats up itself, anchoring itself even more firmly to the metals surface.
    And so Bi-Tron Engine formulation achieves an extreme pressure protection and:
  • A wear factor of 16!!!
  • (as opposed to ordinary engine oil by itself commonly having a wear factor of 1!)
  • All with a pure 30w oil!
    Bi-Tron Engine formulation protects when there is no ordinary oil pressure present, such as when the engine is first started and the oil light is on. As already stated Bi-Tron Engine formulation IS NOT INTENDED to do away with the need for engine oil, and while it does protect in the event of oil loss, such should be rectified as soon as possible. To intentionally run an engine without engine oil even if it is protected with Bi-Tron Engine formulation is an abuse that will obviously end with a premature failure of that engine! So head to your nearest mechanics shop to rectify the problem.
    The wearing of metal parts in your engine, caused by close proximity when no oil pressure is present also causes excessive shear to any engine oil still present, destroying its molecular structure. Bi-Tron Engine formulation eliminates this problem, and so allows a longer engine oil life. This is advantageous in view of longer service intervals, typically 10,000 kms specified by motor vehicle manufacturers these days.
